I founded Castrovinci Law with the aim of offering premium, personalized legal services at affordable rates. My journey began at my father's prestigious law firm in Suffolk County, New York, where I gained hands-on experience in high net worth and contested custody cases. Graduating from law school ahead of schedule, I quickly entered the legal field and after my father closed his practice, I began working with various boutique law firms on Long Island, New York. I honed my skills in litigating equitable distribution, paternity, child and spousal support, contempt, and timesharing issues in New York’s Supreme, District, County, and Family Courts. I continue to hold both my license to practice in Florida as well as my license to practice in New York. When I relocated to Florida, my career path led me to Children's Legal Services, where I honed my litigation skills representing abused and neglected children on behalf of the State. Transitioning back to private practice, I continued to advocate for individuals across the state, securing optimal outcomes for my clients and their families before opening my own practice. Whether it be a Dissolution of Marriage, Paternity, Child or Spousal Support, timesharing, or other related family law issue, my experience has provided me with the necessary skills and knowledge to assist you while you’re going through this difficult time.
